  2. Answer: Many times an unsuspecting customer will pay for parts that were never put in their car. We can put your mind at ease with a post-repair inspection and let you know if they used the parts you paid for!

  4. Answer: In many cases your car is not worth what it was before the accident. If this is the case, you may be due compensation known as “Diminished Value.” Bernard’s can help you with your Diminished Value Report.
